How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to secure your booking at least 2–3 weeks before your intended sailing date, particularly during the high-demand months (May–September). For events such as corporate gatherings or private celebrations, arranging your charter 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure greater availability and provide ample time for personalization of the service.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?

In the event that the captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, we offer the option to reschedule to a more suitable date or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecast and will get in touch with you if the outlook for your departure appears to be unfavorable 24 hours prior.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?

What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations that are communicated 72 hours prior to departure, we offer a complete refund. If the cancellation is made between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are typically non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen weather disturbances or mechanical complications on our end.
